I vividly remember going out for dinner with girlfriends and ordering tea instead of dinner. I was committed to “eating clean” and eating out was a "no-no"! I played it cool and tried to remind myself about my goals, while enjoying comments like “oh my gosh, you’re do disciplined!” But in reality, I was miserable, I was hungry, and I was depriving myself of so many things.
I remember getting on my spin bike for 2 hours before Thanksgiving because I needed to “earn my meal”.
I remember skipping meals before Christmas dinner for fear of weight gain.
I have so many memories like these, it actually hurts my heart to think about how many moments I missed out on. But not anymore!

Freedom 42 is a self-paced course that provides students with the information needed to identify, and tackle underlying challenges that are holding them back from success. The "90 Day Food Freedom Coaching" is a 3 month program were Nikki works 1 on 1 with a limited number of women. It includes personalization, weekly check-ins, private monthly calls, group calls & a 12-week course to support the coaching. Due to the 1 on 1 nature of the coaching, the investment for this is significantly higher as Nikki only works with 10-20 women at a time.

The course is 6 weeks long but can be spread out over a longer period of time if needed. We don't recommend completing this course in under 6 weeks as it takes time to build and practice habits.
No. In order for you to be successful long term you need to learn how to meal plan. This is a skill that will allow you to include foods you like, foods you're craving, use up what you already have at home. Furthermore, it will ensure your long-term success. Meal plans can be great, until they don't fit your schedule/cravings or you get bored. Learning to make your own plans means always eating foods you LOVE!
